morning readers,
our winter dance is quickly approaching.
and its approaching a little too quickly for my liking.
reasons:
a. i am dateless. i know who to ask, but courage is lacking. i need to visit the wizard of oz.
b. the perfect outfit (see figures below) is out of stock. thats right. every. single. item. its so retro chic. a little sexy. not too sexy. we are talking school dance here. and every item can be worn again. sounds perfect right?
1. Classic Twist Dress 2. Hits the Dot Tights 3. Out of your Shell Heel
just a little late night clothing lust. also lys and I have a favorite website for dance dress hunting. oh yes we do. mod cloth folks! lys already secured a dress...and a date. it seems i have some catching up to do.

date night
morning readers,
well yesterday sure was something. and by something, i don't mean a good something. the highlight
of the day was finding my newest inspiration outfit between calculus problem fifteen and four
hundred and eleven. i've always had a love affair with blazers and while i only own one at the
moment, the day i win the lottery my closet will be stocked with zara's finest.
This is my perfect date night outfit. I'm seriously considering stocking up on every single piece for
my next date. Not like I'm planning on that happening anytime soon, although it would be nice.
I mean, just look at it. It's the perfect combination of menswear and feminine accents. (the polka
dots, the green heels, high waisted pants for showing off curves) This look would be perfect with
long flowing curls, red lipstick, and pretty gold earrings. Its slightly retro in the best way. The only
problem is that any of the guys that would take me out where I live would probably look at me like a
crazy person for wearing this, but after a while you learn not to care.
All items can be bought from Modcloth and photo was obtained from there.

No time to say hello, goodbye.
Evening readers (this evening posting thing seems to be a pattern we're following lately...),
once again i'm here to share an outfit.
this one has an over-all alice in wonderland meets peter pan vibe...or maybe i'm the only one that labels things with classic movie titles. a mix of patterns and whimsy, old and new.
anyways, here's what i wore:
